Keep your audience clean, organized, and synced with BravoBase

BravoBlast connects directly to your BravoBase CRM — giving you fast, accurate access to the right patrons for every email. Managing your lists efficiently means better results with less effort.

Sync Your Lists from BravoBase — Always

Create and clean lists in BravoBase first, then sync them to BravoBlast.

Why?

  • Changes in BravoBlast don’t sync back — and can create mismatches.

  • List updates in BravoBase (new patrons, corrected emails, opt-outs) show up in BravoBlast automatically after syncing

Creating, Importing, or Syncing a List

Step 1: Create a Targeted List in the Marketing Module

  • Log in and go to the Marketing Module in BravoBase: uscloud.patronbase.com

  • On the left side, use the available filters to build your query — select any combination of include or exclude criteria. Make sure "Exclude addresses with no email" is unchecked.

  • Select the Mail Merge output option.

  • Uncheck all unnecessary privacy options. For email campaigns, only check "Email".

  • Preview the list by clicking the caret icon (˅) to see who’s included.

⚠️ Note: Checking multiple channels (Email + Phone, for example) will narrow your list to patrons who’ve opted into all selected types.

Step 2: Sync the List to BravoBlast

  • Log in to WebHub: http://www.patronbase.com/_XXX/WebHub → Marketing  Patron Groups

  • Locate the group you created.

  • Click the BravoBlast button next to that group.

  • This sends the list directly into BravoBlast — no downloads required.

Step 3: View and Use the List in BravoBlast

  • Go to BravoBlast: app.bravo-blast.com > Lists & Subscribers > View All Lists.

  • You’ll see the newly synced list with all added email addresses.

Updating a Synced List Later On

If you want to refresh or resend a patron group:

  • Rebuild or modify the group in BravoBase’s Marketing Module

  • Repeat the sync process: WebHub → Marketing  Patron Groups → BravoBlast

  • This will push the updated list into BravoBlast, ready for your next campaign

Keep It Clean — But In the Right Place

Yes, you can delete subscribers inside BravoBlast… but you shouldn’t.

  • Deleting in BravoBlast only affects BravoBlast. It doesn’t clean your real database - BravoBase, which causes confusion later.

Best practice:

  • Always clean or remove contacts in the Marketing Module, then re-sync.

Use BravoBase filters to:

  • Remove unconfirmed or unsubscribed contacts

  • Exclude patrons with outdated or missing info
