After you've sent a campaign, it's crucial to analyze its performance to understand what worked and what could be improved. This document will guide you through understanding the reports available on the website, allowing you to effectively track the performance of your email campaigns.

Where to find campaign results

  1. Log in to your app.bravo-blast.com account.

  2. From the dashboard, navigate the See Reports in the Reports section found on the far-left side of the screen.

  3. Click on the campaign report name you want to review.

  4. You will be taken directly to the campaign's report page.

Key Metrics in Your Report

Once you are on the report page, you will see a comprehensive overview of your campaign's performance. Here are some of the key metrics to pay attention to:

  • Opened: The percentage of recipients who opened your email. It's a great indicator of how effective your subject line was at grabbing attention.

  • Not Opened: The percentage of recipients who did NOT open your email.

  • Clicked A Link: The percentage of recipients who clicked on at least one link within your email. It measures how engaging your content and calls-to-action were.

  • Unsubscribed: The recipients who chose to unsubscribe from your mailing list after receiving this particular email. A high number here might indicate that your content wasn't relevant to your audience

  • Bounced: The number of emails that could not be delivered successfully.

  • Marked it as Spam: The percentage of emails that ended up in the spam folder. This is crucial, as it will not notify the recipients, making it unengaging.

How to Export or Review the Report

BravoBlast provides a couple of ways to review your data in more detail or to save it for your records.

  • Reviewing Individual Activity: While our email service platform does allow us to track individual opens, its built-in report only displays the last 10 people who opened, unsubscribed, marked the email as spam, or bounced. It can be found by scrolling down after clicking on a campaign report name.

  • Exporting the Report: If you click into a campaign, you’ll see several sections such as the last 10 opens, last 10 unsubscribes, etc. If you’d like to download full lists, just click the download button next to each section — you’ll be able to export a CSV file (if that list exists for the campaign).
