For Emergencies or Time-Sensitive Issues

For issues that are urgent (e.g., affecting ticket sales, check-in, or live events), follow these steps:

Step 1: Submit an Urgent Ticket

  • Go to the Helpdesk and submit a ticket

  • Add "URGENT" at the beginning of your subject line

Step 2: Call Us Immediately

  • Leave a voicemail if we don't answer



When Will You Hear Back?

  • Support Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Mountain Time

  • We check tickets and voicemails regularly during the day

  • Urgent issues will be prioritized

  • After-hours inquiries are reviewed the next business day unless marked URGENT
