Create a support ticket. Just sign in to the support portal at https://support.bravo-base.com/support/login and submit a support ticket.  If you forgot your login, you can submit a support request without a login at https://support.bravo-base.com/support/tickets/new

Send an email at support@bravo-base.com. Please include as much detail as possible so we can answer your request faster and easier. Also be sure to include the name of your organization so we can match you to your account. Note if using the email connected with Support Hub, we will automatically link your request to a new ticket on your Support Hub Account.
